Reiki is Now Available at the Active Life Centre
We would like to welcome our new Reiki Master, Jessica Gunn, who will be providing Reiki sessions at our clinic.
Each session will be 60-90 minutes and the cost will be $80.00 plus GST.
Appointments can be arranged through our receptionists or therapists.
"Reiki is a method of spiritual healing that treats the whole person on the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical level creating beneficial effects such as relaxation and feelings of security and peace. The Reiki Master acts as a channel supplying "life force energy" through the palms of their hands to the recipient whilst blockages are released from the recipient and sent back to the earth. With the intention of creating equilibrium within the body, Reiki is a beautiful alternative to traditional medicine."
