During my path through life it has been my observation that man takes great care in looking after just about everything... but himself. Daily life brings with it the stress of work and the injury of play - more now that ever in our history. For those who play the games of Stress and Injury, I am at your service to provide Massage Therapy as an aid to prevention.“Hippocrates knew of its wealth, Perhaps his feeling for good health. For champion athletes do vow: That caring hands nurture the how.

My strong belief in natural healing is a cornerstone to my being. I try to help patients restore their quality of life through non-toxic means and this is why I became a Massage Therapist and a Certified Laser Therapist. I use both these modalities to help the body heal itself, quickly and naturally. I grew up in Vancouver, playing many different sports, and I have always had a love for the outdoors, especially hiking and more recently rock climbing in the Rocky Mountains. My family tries to spend as much time as we can in the Rockies as I truly believe the mountains are a very spiritual place where we can reconnect with ourselves and enhance the healing process.

YVONNE SANCHE

A few years ago I was introduced to the sport of Crossfit and it has changed my perception on what fitness really is. By performing functional movements at varying intensities, I have found myself able to adapt easily in every day situations and test my abilities in unexpected situations. Through this environment I have grown to realize my true passion of massage therapy. Functional movements are a part of daily life, and when one has physical restrictions, daily life can become a chore. Through massage therapy, I can help a person can seek relief by gaining range of motion and decreasing physical restrictions. As an athlete, I use massage therapy on a regular basis as part of recovery maintenance. It helps restore my body so that I am able to perform optimally in my sport and in life.

JESSICA GUNN

Reiki has been an alternative method that I have used during my self healing journey that has encouraged me along my path to God and thus to love. The first step towards a healthier life is having the desire to be healed. Reiki has provided me with the wonderful opportunity to watch my clients grow as they are set free from their old thought patterns, damaging emotional memories and physical pain that has held them back for so many years. With willingness and desire I have helped not only myself but others around me experience loving and harmonious lives.
