
Thai Massage uses pressing and stretching techniques to manipulate the soft tissues of the body (muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia) as well as stimulating the life energy through pressing on SEN SIB or “Prana”- the wind of life. Regular Thai Massage will:
- Improve blood circulation & reduce edema (swelling)
- Improve muscle strength, release muscle tension & remove toxins
- Stimulate & improve activity of the nervous system
- Relax & improve the respiratory & digestive system
- Comprehensively restore balance within & between functional groups of muscles to ease pain, increase flexibility & improve posture
You can choose from a 1.5 hour or 1 hour Thai massage session. The techniques used throughout the session include pressing on the muscles with the fingers, thumbs, hands, elbows, knees and feet as well as passive stretching by the Therapist.

To get the most out of your treatment, please understand that Thai Massage is carried out on a mat on the floor and you will be fully clothed so please wear loose fitting clothing such as sweat pants and t-shirt. Please do not eat 2 hours prior to your appointment and please arrive well hydrated.
A 1.5 hour Thai Massage session includes the back, arms, legs and stretching.
A 1 hour Thai Massage session includes the back, legs and stretching.
