REGISTERED MASSAGE THEAPISTS SINCE 2017 - CRMTA
MAKAMI COLLEGE OF MASSAGE THERAPY

As a busy mother of three young children and as a wife, I understand first-hand the realities of stress, physical strain, and the demands of daily life. Combined with over a decade of experience working in healthcare, this perspective has shaped my compassionate, client-centered approach. I have learned the importance of listening to each client’s needs and tailoring care to support their individual goals and abilities.

I have a strong understanding of the human body and utilize a variety of techniques to help relieve pain, restore function, and promote long-term wellness. My goal is to empower clients to age gracefully while maintaining strength, mobility, and independence.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist practicing in Alberta and hold a Personal Training certification with a focus on strength and conditioning. I bring a growth mindset to my practice and continuously pursue advanced education to build new treatment plans for clients. My primary areas of interest include myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, functional training and pediatric care. I will continue to take new courses in these areas to further my education.

I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, fulfilling life. Achieving this requires intentional care, supportive environments, and informed guidance. I am committed to being part of that support system, offering a thoughtful perspective on pain management, movement and posture, and overall well-being.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love going for walks to the lake, riding bikes, and creating obstacle courses in our backyard. In the summertime, we enjoy traveling to British Columbia, with Radium becoming our favorite destination. We spend our days swimming in the lake, paddle boarding, and going on long hikes in the mountains.

My husband and I want to teach our children that good health starts with them. Staying active, staying hydrated, and managing stress are all things they can control. We also value rest and quiet moments—morning coffee while watching the sunrise and Saturday morning cartoons.

Living a balanced life is key to longevity.

I am truly blessed and strive to continue strengthening both my family and my community. Having a family and cultivating my practice has given me purpose, and I am grateful to be a part of it all.
